Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
I, as the artist...:
Retain all rights to my art, including paid commissions.
Reserve the right to display my work publicly for advertising purposes via my social media, online portfolio, etc. If you are not comfortable with your commission being shared publicly, please communicate that to me beforehand.
Reserve the right to decline or refund a commission for any reason.
Do not consent to my art being used for Generative AI or NFTs. If you try to commission me with the sole purpose of using my art for the aforementioned, you will get blacklisted.
You, as the client...:
May use a finished commission for personal use (such as: profile pictures and headers, website decoration, desktop/phone wallpaper, etc), so long as you give me proper credit.
MUST communicate with me if you intend to commission a piece for commercial use so I can adjust the price accordingly.
You may NOT use your commission for commercial use if you have not specified that before I have started the commission.
May NOT use your commission for AI generation or NFTs. If I find out that you have used my art for the aforementioned, you will get blacklisted.

Commission Process
Reach out to me via email and provide me a detailed description of what you want me to draw (type of commission, pose, expression, props, tone, etc). Providing reference images for subject(s) you want drawn are strictly necessary, working off of a written description alone will cost an extra fee depending on the complexity.
If I accept your request, I will begin the sketching phase* and send a sketch back to you for input. You are allowed to ask for 2 major and 3 minor revisions during this period. Any more revisions requested will be charged for. Once I get your approval for the sketch, I will send you an invoice through PayPal. Any other form of payment will not be accepted.**
Note: Please be sure to provide me your PayPal email so I can send you the invoice.
* This phase may differ for sketch commissions.
** physical cash may only be accepted by irl friends and family members.
You must pay for your commission upfront before I start working. Failure to do so will result in the commission being cancelled.
Note: If you are not able to pay upfront right away and your commission costs more than $30, I will accept half-and-half payment if requested. Unless I get paid the full amount, I will only finish the commission halfway. Failure to follow through after a certain amount of time will result in me cancelling your commission and you getting a partial refund.
If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, you will be given a partial refund of 50% of the total cost. No full refunds will be given for pieces I have already started on
I will only accept 3 minor revisions during the line art and base coloring phase. Any minor revisions requested after that will be charged for. Any major revisions requested will not be accepted.
Once your commission is complete, you will receive a pdf file as well as a watermarked jpeg of the finished product!
